DUF21 domain
This transmembrane region has no known function. Many of the sequences in this family are annotated as hemolysins, however this is due to a similarity to Q54318 that does not contain this domain. This domain is found in the N terminus of the proteins adjacent to two intracellular CBS domains (IPR000644).
